Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies.
• Effectively resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the airline management system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of the latest updates in airline regulations and procedures.

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems is an advantage.
