Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Airline Reservations Department, located in beautiful Lisbon. In this vibrant role, you will support Dutch-speaking customers through their travel desires, assisting with airline bookings, inquiries about flights, fares, and travel policies. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for airline reservation inquiries.
• Help customers with booking, modifying, and canceling their flight reservations.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fare options, and airline policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
• Document interactions accurately to maintain an effective support system.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to promote a smooth resolution of inquiries.
• Stay informed about airline products and industry trends to best assist our clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service.
• Familiarity with reservation systems or customer service software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
