Description

As a Solution Management team you will be playing a critical role in shaping and delivering high-impact solutions that drive revenue and profitability across their lifecycle. This function ensures that solutions align with Nokia’s business strategy by translating market, business, and customer needs into competitive offerings.

With a focus on complex, high-value solutions, the team manages sales and cost allocations across Business Groups (BGs) and Business Lines (BLs), ensuring financial viability and strategic alignment. Solution Management also oversees feature development, cost efficiency, and customer acceptance, ensuring that each solution meets market demands while driving business growth.

By optimizing resource allocation, balancing the product and service mix, and executing go-to-market strategies, this team ensures successful product launches and sustained market performance



Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership – Interpret business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions to drive competitive advantage.
  • Solution Development – Lead ECE Vertical/Segment solutions, prioritize portfolio innovation, and ensure alignment with Nokia’s product roadmaps.
  • Customer & Market Engagement – Align with sales teams and customers on solution needs, drive thought leadership at industry events, and collaborate with marketing for business growth.
  • Operational Excellence – Define processes, optimize solution reusability, and manage resources effectively to ensure profitability and quality.


Qualifications
  • Mastery of a specific professional discipline with a broad strategic perspective; typically requiring 7–10 years of relevant experience and/or a graduate/postgraduate degree.
  •  Proven ability to manage resources, drive departmental goals, and ensure cost performance while influencing business outcomes.
  • Strategic Problem-Solving – Strong decision-making skills with experience resolving complex, high-impact challenges within a business function or project.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions, anticipate challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in engaging and inspiring stakeholders, influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating global, cross-cultural environments.
  • Experience shaping new products, processes, and operational plans based on business strategy.
