Executive Assistance Support

• Plan day to day activities to coordinate, schedule and manage Assistant Director General’s calendar to efficiently and effectively organize time. 
• Communicate and provide information both internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations. Interpret instructions and implement actions according to the agreed guidelines to facilitate the day-to-day work. 
• Ensure up-to-date MOUs are signed and maintained with local and international authorities with regard to Accident Investigation cooperation and coordination.
• Investigate and research files and documents to establish or clarify facts required to progress queries raised internally or externally.
• Control and monitor GCAA assets under their jurisdiction to ensure optimal utilization of them.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

• Implement Security Affairs policies, systems, processes and procedures so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality dangerous goods services to the UAE civil aviation industry in accordance with the customer services standards.

Internal Surveillance Program of the Sector

• Implement corrective actions raised against the Sector under internal surveillance program to align with international standards and continuous improvement.

External Audits conducted on Security Affairs

• Support the administration of activities by external entities on request.
• Maintain records of relevant reports, certifications and general correspondence to ensure proper document management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge and Experiences:

• Completed diploma or equivalent, from a recognised institution
• Minimum of 3 year’s experience in administration, preferably in the aviation field
• Aware of GCAA aviation policies and regulations
• Knowledge of document processing, records and report compilation
