Executive Flight Dispatch

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assisting Manager/Asst. Manager/Dispatchers for performing day to day Flight Dispatch functions. 

➢ Assisting the Flight Dispatchers in the discharge of their duties 

➢ Shall carry out flight following at periodic intervals, on ACARS enabled aircraft, on the progress of the flight

. ➢ Obtaining and Monitoring of METARS

. ➢ Printing and handing over of briefing package to the operating crew; in case of Zero Fuel Weight Change/ Aircraft Registration Change/ Crew Change etc ➢ Direct the flight dispatch related queries to the respective Flight Dispatcher.

➢ Maintain Flight Watch & to alert the Dispatcher for any deviation. 

➢ Retrieve the Pre-Flight Documents from Akasa Web Portal/ email, print all the documents and place them in Pre-Flight envelope for Crew Briefing. 

➢ Obtain latest weather of DEP/DEST/ALT from OLBS and provide it to crew. 

➢ Tracking, Checking and archival of Post Flight Documents as per regulatory requirement. 

➢ Maintain the signed Flight Release copy at respective stations for a period of Current + 03 months. 

➢ Any other duty assigned by the superiors

QUALIFICATION

10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board/University − Or − University Graduate 

− Shall not be less than 21 years of age.

 − Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
