We’re looking for an exceptional FBO Manager to elevate our operations and provide unparalleled service at our growing Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility at Teesside International Airport in the UK. As the FBO Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient service for our customers, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving excellence in every aspect of our FBO services.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing a team within a customer facing environment.

• Understanding marketing principles and promoting FBO services.

• Previous experience within a Fixed Base Operator facility or aviation environment.

• Ability to attract new business and retain existing clients.

• Familiar with relevant aviation regulations.

• Managing budgets and growing revenue and profitability.

• Essential - Full UK driving license and Right to Work and live in the UK.
