Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First Line Product & Services Quality Managers to support the Interiors Responsibility Center (IRCSC), in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities

• Manages, develops and motivates employees across multiple Quality Management Job Families.
• Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
• Successfully implements solutions in an ever-evolving environment by relying on problem-solving, data, and analysis to drive decisions.
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
• 3+ years in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
• 3+ years in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).
• Ability to work on the production floor supporting on-product conformance determinations.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 3 + years in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality.
• 3+ years working with cross-functional leadership doing collaborative problem solving while building lasting relationships.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. AS9100).
• Experience working execution to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments
• Precision in written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.   Summary pay range: 107,950 – 146,050
