The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-line Quality Product and Services Managers (Level K) to support the Fabrication Team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Position Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of employees responsible for evaluating and ensuring that products, services, and processes meet customer contract requirements, engineering standards, company procedures, and government regulations.
Develop and implement effective business plans, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing performance and quality outcomes.
Create and execute organizational and technical strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Provide education and coaching on the Quality System, empowering team members to understand and uphold quality standards.
Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and safety.
Acquire and manage resources efficiently, leading initiatives that drive process improvements and optimize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports to foster collaboration and success.
Inspire, develop, and motivate employees, cultivating a high-performance culture that embraces change and encourages professional growth.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
1+ years of experience leading or managing multi-functional teams in Quality or continuous improvement initiatives
1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience in a factory environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
High energy and enthusiasm for driving cultural change and improvement
Solid business acumen with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies

Summary Range: $103,30 - $146,500
