Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-line Quality Product and Services Managers (Level K) to support the Fabrication Team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We are looking for energetic and proactive Front-Line Leaders to join our Salt Lake Quality Team. This role demands a critical thinker with strong business acumen who is passionate about coaching and eager to drive cultural change within the organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees responsible for evaluating and ensuring that products, services, and processes meet customer contract requirements, engineering standards, company procedures, and government regulations.

• Develop and implement effective business plans, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing performance and quality outcomes.

• Create and execute organizational and technical strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Provide education and coaching on the Quality System, empowering team members to understand and uphold quality standards.

• Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and safety.

• Acquire and manage resources efficiently, leading initiatives that drive process improvements and optimize performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports to foster collaboration and success.

• Inspire, develop, and motivate employees, cultivating a high-performance culture that embraces change and encourages professional growth.

​Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 1+ years of experience leading or managing multi-functional teams in Quality or continuous improvement initiatives

• 1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

• Must be able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of experience in a factory environment

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• High energy and enthusiasm for driving cultural change and improvement

• Solid business acumen with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Range: $103,30 - $146,500
