Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in operating the ERJ170/190 aircraft in line with company and regulatory procedures.

• Maintain situational awareness and collaborate closely with the flight crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Support pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and post-flight reports.

• Communicate effectively with ATC, ground staff, and the cabin crew to ensure seamless coordination.

• Adhere to all operational and safety protocols while delivering an outstanding passenger experience.

• Continuously improve skills through training and operational experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Valid ICAO CPL/ATPL License

• Minimum 1,000 total flight hours

• Minimum 500 hours on type (ERJ170/190) preferred

• Valid E190/170 Type Rating

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Commitment to safety, precision, and professionalism

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic airline environment
