Flemish Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about travel and possess excellent communication skills, eager to assist Flemish-speaking customers with their travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about airline policies and services.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Stay updated on the airline’s routes, services, and promotional offers to provide relevant information to clients.
• Promote a positive image of the airline while engaging with customers and addressing their needs.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A strong interest in travel and helping customers plan their journeys.
