Flight Instructor

AELO Swiss Academy - Powered by AeroLocarno is a flight school located on the southern part of the Alps in Switzerland next to Italy. The academy follows the Swiss methodology and is recognized by the Authority as an Approved Training Organization (ATO). AELO Aero Locarno SA offers various courses, from Integrated ATPL to instructor courses.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight Instructor at AELO Swiss Academy. The Flight Instructor will be responsible for conducting flight training, providing instruction on instrument rating, commercial piloting, flight safety, and piloting techniques. The role involves interacting with a diverse group of students and ensuring the highest standards of aviation education.

Qualifications

• Instrument Rating and Commercial Piloting skills
• Expertise in Aviation and Flight Safety
• Experience in piloting and flight instruction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs
• EASA Flight Instructor qualification
• Minimum of 500 hours of flight experience as FI(A) on SEP
• ICAO English Language Level 5 or 6
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field is a plus
