Flight Support Duty Officer

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and detail-oriented team member to contribute to smooth flight operations. This role requires the ability to work on a shift basis (12-hour shifts: 07:00–19:00, 19:00–07:00; 4 workdays, 4 days off, with flexibility to adjust the schedule in agreement with colleagues), as well as strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Manage, coordinate, and monitor daily airline flight and other activities.
• Utilize the aircraft fleet in relation to timetable, crew composition, and technical availability.
• Delay, initiate additional flights, or consolidate flights, considering flight safety, aircraft and crew limitations, weather conditions, and economic expedience.
• Provide navigation and flight support for daily flights.
• Execute actual flights and coordinate CTOT with the Central Flow Management Unit if required to maintain on-time fleet performance.
• Collect information related to daily flight operations and disseminate it to other company departments.
• Assist the crew in an emergency by providing necessary support to ensure the safe completion of the flight.

• Experience in a similar role within the aviation industryand understanding of flight operations and regulations (advantageous).
• Higher education in the aviation field (advantageous).
• A sufficient degree of computer literacy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent stress resistance and adaptability.
