French Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to airline reservations efficiently via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information on flight availability, prices, and travel policies.
• Assist customers in making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for service enhancement and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
