General Aviation Instructor

Volantes Technical Recruitment are recruting 3 x General Aviation Instructors to join a fantastic new project in the UAE working for a world class Operator.

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE (SUMMARY)

The General Aviation Instructor will conduct classrom, fields instruction and On the Job Training and assist in the development of the maintenance training programs to enhance the skills of trainees. The instructor will conduct trainee assessment and will provide remedial training as necessary. The instructor will review the course material with the course developer in order to maintain training effectiveness. S/he will also maintain records of training activities and of student attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS                   

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma in aviation related subject, plus aviation insrtructor certification Bachelor Degree in aviation related subject      

EXPERIENCE     

• Minimum of 5 Years Experience in teaching aviation maintenance subjects like avionics, A&P, Human Factors, PPE, tool control, corrosion, TAMMS, SMS, etc.

• Knowledge of, and experience in, training methodologies and management utilizing a systems approach (SAT or ADDIE) is highly desirable.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  Must be able to read, write and understand English.
