Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to airline passengers in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
• Communicate important flight information and policies clearly to customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high standard of service.
• Stay up-to-date with airline offerings, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service tools is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
