German Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and committed to providing superior customer service to German-speaking travelers.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with airline reservations, changes, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, promotions, and itineraries.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refund requests professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the airline's services and operational procedures to assist customers effectively.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex reservations and improve customer service processes.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the travel or airline industry.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the airline’s operational needs.
