Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations.
• Assist customers with booking flights, making changes, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Document customer interactions accurately for operational improvement.
• Work closely with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about airline policies and best practices.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application.
• Strong passion for customer service and the travel industry.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries and issues with a calm and professional approach.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
