Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Address inquiries related to travel policies, fare information, and airline procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and professionally.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Stay updated on airline policies and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline sector, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and airline procedures is advantageous.
• Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
