Your mission:

• Ensure highest safety, compliance and quality standards while driving innovation and fostering a culture of excellence across the team
• Develop and enhance our Safety & Quality Management System.
• Conduct audits, manage risks, and ensure airworthiness standards.
• Safeguard the integrity and reliability of the airline's maintenance and engineering functions
• Inspire and empower a dedicated team of ~ 5-7 professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Bring:

• A Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in aviation quality & safety management or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of IOSA/EASA regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
