Health Usage Monitoring (HUMS) Analyst.

 First People Solutions are currently looking for a Offshore Health Usage Monitoring (HUMS) Analyst within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) in Aberdeen. The HUMS Analyst is responsible for providing continuing airworthiness support in relation to HUMS for their fleet of aircraft. We are looking for someone who has one of the following –  Part 66 license, HND level qualification in Engineering/Technical Field or 5 years’ experience in a similar Aviation role and basic knowledge of signal analysis.

This role will be 3 days in the office in Aberdeen and 2 days at home.

The main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to

Daily second line Analysis of HUMS data for the entire fleet producing detailed reports.                   

Providing direct support to the Part-145 Maintenance organisation in relation to all Transmission/Rotor health monitoring and associated HUMS avionic issues.

Manage OEM/TCH communications in relation to HUMS.

Build and configuration of HUMS ground station equipment.

Assist with HUMS training of Part-145 Staff.

Work closely with the other members of the CAMO.

Be available on-call as part of an on-call support roster.

The following experience would be of advantage but are not essential  -

A solid understanding of Vibration analysis and condition monitoring, BINDT VA Gen CAT 1 or higher qualification.

OEM/TCH specific HUMS Training on S-92A, H175 and AW139.
