Hoist Operator Instructor (m/f/d)

The training department of HeliService is looking to expand their Hoist Operator team.

You will work in our training department as Hoist Operator Instructor/Examiner (m/f/d) in a dynamic, growing and varied work environment. The work will vary from regular customer flights to the instructing and checking of your own colleagues. You will assist in the hiring process of new hires and side tasks within the training department to improve our training system.

Your tasks

• Conducting regular line flights
• Conducting training and check flights in the helicopter
• Use of Hoist (VR) simulators for initial hoist operator training
• Revision of yearly training material
• Diligent completion of training forms

Our requirements

• Offshore or other relevant hoist experience
• 800+ hoist cycles
• Class 2 EASA Medical
• Ideally experience as Instructor/(examiner) at an EASA Offshore AOC
• Ideally ship hoisting experience
• Very good English language skills
• Great sense of responsibility and pedagogical competence
