• Organizing and coordinating in-flight service, ensuring a seamless process from preparation to service during the flight.
• Issuing uniforms, monitoring their return, and tracking their condition.
• Managing inventory, monitoring supplies, and analyzing needs.
• Communicating with crew members and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Quickly resolving arising issues and optimizing work processes.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle urgent tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in aviation is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
