Interior Aircraft Cleaner Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Aircraft Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As the Interior Aircraft Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of aircraft interiors to ensure a safe and comfortable travel experience for our passengers. You will be expected to lead a team of cleaners, manage schedules, and ensure that all cleaning procedures are followed to the highest standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in aircraft cleaning or related field.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Certification in aircraft cleaning or related field.
• Experience with managing budgets and expenses.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of interior aircraft cleaners to ensure all aircraft interiors are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of aircraft interiors.
• Ensure that all cleaning procedures are followed in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor new cleaners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are properly stored and maintained.

Skills:

As the Interior Aircraft Cleaner Supervisor, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage your team and communicate with other departments. You will also need to have strong organizational and time management skills to ensure that cleaning schedules are followed and deadlines are met. In addition, you will need to have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality to ensure that all aircraft interiors are cleaned to the highest standards. Finally, you will need to have physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
