Italian Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for an Italian Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and eager to provide exceptional service to our Italian-speaking passengers.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat support.
• Assist with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general airline services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Stay up-to-date with airline policies, travel regulations, and any changes that may affect customers.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in training programs to continuously develop product knowledge and improve service skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry, is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
