Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and inquiries regarding airline policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Stay informed about current promotions, policies, and best practices within the airline industry.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline sector.
• Ability to handle complaints and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
