As our Private Jet Centre Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a world-class experience for our valued customers while driving operational excellence.

• Lead a High-Performing Team:
  • Inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure the Jet Centre exceeds Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Enhance the Customer Experience:
  • Collaborate with the Jet Centre Commercial Manager to maximize sales potential and keep our services competitive.
  • Continuously improve our customer experience by implementing innovative solutions.
• Oversee Operations:
  • Manage all aspects of Jet Centre operations, from ramp activities to terminal management.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety, security, and regulatory standards.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives:
  • Play a key role in emergency and business continuity planning, ensuring the safety and security of our operations.
  • Lead the management of budgets, resources, and operational projects to maintain strong financial performance.

• Qualifications and Experience:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience in private aviation management or operational management experience.
  • Must be able to attain the DfT Aviation Manager 'Level 3' Qualification and UK CTC Level vetting status

Hours of Work:

• Our Private Jet Centre is open up to 20 hours per day over 7 days of the week, therefore flexibility regarding hours is required.
• There may be occasional offsite meetings to attend such as conference and training sessions.
