The Lead Cargo Ramp is responsible for aspects of the Cargo Ramp position (as described below) as well as the following: The management of the overall performance of the crew, the timely and satisfactory completion of work assignments in accordance with Company policy. Comply with WFS site security procedures. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program. Leads will not have the authority to administer discipline or discharge. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
**This job is covered by a collective bargaining agreement of the Transport Workers Union (TWU), a labor union which requires joining the TWU and paying union dues.**
