Lead - Site Quality

• Developing and implementing quality control systems and procedures for high-rise building projects
• Conducting regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and drive effective corrective actions
• Overseeing the quality assurance processes throughout the construction phases, from planning to handover
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams to maintain high standards of quality
• Managing and mentoring quality control staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Preparing comprehensive quality reports and presenting findings to senior management
• Continuously improving quality processes and promoting a culture of quality excellence within the organization

• BE in Civil Engineering or related field

Relevant certifications in quality management or construction quality control are preferred.
