Logistics Specialist II *** Night Shift ***

• Works with Procurement to develop a method to contract an outside organization to provide logistical support for materials which includes Receiving, Warehousing, Tracking, Loading out material on support vessels and Offloading at the operations site

• Works with Project team and Procurement to ensure project stays on schedule and meets required reviews

• Works closely with other internal and external team members to maximize logistical support sharing opportunities

• Works with Aviation and Procurement to optimize both helicopter and fixed wing transportation

• Ensures all logistical support activities follow proper company process and control

• Provides expertise for remote, onshore and offshore logistics including marine support commissioning, material transfer and start up procedures

• Participates in emergency preparedness doctrine, training and drills

• 3+ years of experience and available to work night shift

• Identifies problems and develops potential solutions

• Makes decisions within well-defined parameters

• Requires a broader, general understanding of discipline

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
