Job Description:

You will work closely with three other operators on the shop floor. Teamwork and camaraderie are central to the team, providing many opportunities for personal and professional interactions. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Coach and lead a team of 8 to 12 employees
• Conduct performance reviews and progress meetings
• Apply LEAN/5S methodologies to the department
• Establish a streamlined departmental structure and organize the warehouse and logistics processes
• Initiate improvement actions focused on logistics and production processes, quality deviations, and the physical work environment
• Connect the supply chain with the production floor, ensuring the correct material flow according to expectations and needs
• Oversee audits by clients and external agencies
• Maintain good relationships with internal clients and ensure clear communication about process progress

Requirement:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• MBO+ or HBO level work and thinking, preferably a completed HBO degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• At least 3-5 years of (functional) leadership experience, preferably in a technical field
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Knowledge of LEAN/5S methodology is a plus
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build support
