We are looking for Basic Mechanic Apprentices to join our Base Maintenance team here in Tallinn, Estonia.

The Magnetic Academy program is your opportunity to start and fast-track your aviation career. Our aircraft maintenance division needs skilled technicians, which you can become through our dedicated apprentice program. Your theoretical know-how development is supported by the 320-hour classroom training curriculum which is held in Tallinn and delivered by the TSI Riga lecturers.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft, engines, and components under the guidance of a mentor
• Follow internal procedures and rules
• Work in shifts and meet the given deadline
  
  

Main Requirements

• Secondary school diploma and having technical education in any trade is an advantage
• Great health and physical endurance (work involves sitting on knees, working at heights, in a confined place, using face masks, etc.)
• Ability to intake, retain, and utilize a large amount of information
• English Proficiency (written and spoken)
• Analytical thinking, the ability to finish tasks on time, and take responsibility
• The right to live and work in Estonia
