Maintenance Control Center Senior Coordinator

First People Solutions are looking for a Maintenance Control Center Senior Coordinator. This is a permanent position based in Liepzig, Germany. 

The MCC - Senior Coordinator is the direct contact person for all maintenance stations within the clients Part145 network. They will ensure that all aircraft under maintenance at these Part145 stations are processed smoothly.

Preferred skills / qualifications:

• Relevant knowledge of aircraft maintenance and organizational requirements for flight safety, security, quality, airworthiness and general operations of an airline.
• Hold a Part 66 CAT B1 or CAT B2 aircraft maintenance license.
• At least one operationally relevant type rating desirable
• Willingness to obtain the CAT C rating
• Comprehensive understanding of the German/European legal and regulatory framework and other statutory requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Very good leadership and management skills
• Decisiveness and assertiveness to find flexible, creative solutions in a complex environment
• Proven analytical skills
• Self-confidence, self-motivation, sense of responsibility and the ability to delegate and work under high time pressure
