Key Responsibilities:

The Manager, Pilot Crew Scheduling Consistency, Quality, and Development is tasked with leading the creation and refinement of calibration strategies and quality standards within the pilot crew scheduling department. This role is essential for developing structured processes and frameworks that support the department’s operational efficiency and effectiveness. The manager will also construct comprehensive training roadmaps and collaborate with Global Learning partners to ensure high-quality training delivery and material standards. Through these efforts, the role contributes significantly to the continuous improvement and professional development of the team.

  • Leads the design and implementation of consistency and calibration initiatives to streamline team operations and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Leads development of frameworks for process standardization as a complementary role within the larger department, contributing to a culture of performance excellence.
  • Builds tangible roadmaps, schedules, and strategic plans for new hire and recurrent training efforts.
  • Partners with the Global Learning Training Delivery team to ensure that in-class training is executed to our standards, utilizing the appropriate materials, and providing comprehensive feedback to elevate classroom quality.
  • Leads a team acting as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in partnership with Global Learning Training Design to develop and fine-tune educational materials.
  • Promotes transparency around performance and leads initiatives advancing the quality of performance within the pilot crew scheduling division.
  • Remains engaged in the operation, with up to 25% shift work as a manager-on-duty on the bridge.
