Manager, Quality Compliance

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop an independent monitoring the aircraft introduction compliance
• Review of the aircraft's legal application before submission to HKCAD
• Establish and develop an independent quality system to monitor compliance within the Aircraft Introduction Management section
• Liaise with ODA 183 for technical document assessment and ensure that the quality and standards meet the HKCAD regulations before passing the documents to ODA 183 for clarification and acceptance
• An overview of the aircraft's technical document quality from internal
• Notify the management when deficiencies emerge, which require his/her attention for delay and affect the acceptability of the aircraft acceptance
• Take corrective action resulting from quality discrepancy reporting and any non-conformances identified
• Evaluate risk assessment on each problem picked and seek solutions to reduce the risk impact on the delivery input
• Manage the procedure manual

Requirements

• At least 10 years’ aircraft maintenance or engineering experience with 5 years of aircraft delivery experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, or equivalent 
• Participated in HKCAD Airworthiness course, HKCAD 183 course with at least one type of aircraft approval course
• HKIE member
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License holder with type endorsed is preferred
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
