Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure conformance to company standards by conducting audits on Training (Inflight Services), Line operations, Service delivery, Product Quality. Also ensuring compliance and conformance by external stake holders like Catering Units.
- To be updated with internal SOPs and other international agencies and company regulations.
- Prepare scheduled audit plan for different area.
- Liaise directly with the accountable section head for audits and action taken reports.
- Brief VP Inflight services of audit findings, reports and investigations.
- Maintain compliance reports.
- Participate in all departmental audits.
- Conduct appraisals for immediate reportees.
- Mentor, coach and develop team members
- Ensure closures for all audits within given time frame
- Raise any alarming issues to VP Inflight Services. Analyse audit data for observing trends.
