In this role, you will:

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Document and report
Install and apply UAV systems at our operations
Install and apply GIS systems at our operations
Document advanced UAV use cases
Work closely with sites to support and train end users to apply advanced use cases
Manage project tasks, including safety and contractor supervision, and project planning
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

Requirements:

Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or Surveying
Ideal candidate also has an Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV) Pilot Certification
Proficient in geographic information systems with experience in environmental data management, analysis and reporting
Motivated self-starters with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment with a willingness to work outdoors and able to operate vehicles at our operations, in various weather conditions and terrain
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels and partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

$3,942 - $4,975 a month

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
