Tasks

• Evaluating customer requests; coordinating capacity and ground time for all required actions and related costs together with the production unit, production management, and the customer Coordinating on-time performance according to customer requirements
• Handling and controlling supplier invoices and customer events
• Preparing and communicating information relevant to customer maintenance events: technical and/or process information necessary for production planning and control
• Preparing and following up on maintenance events for customers
• Assigning specific tasks and participating in project/task force teams (interdisciplinary)
• Ensuring Part-145 relevant archiving processes for work documents after performing maintenance
• Responsible for the document return process after performing maintenance
• Collecting used man-hours, materials, and tooling for maintenance events to support the invoicing process, this includes controlling the quality and completeness of work orders provided by maintenance production
• Recording maintenance event-related expenditures and supporting the invoicing process
• Ensuring proper task handover from the ending shift to the incoming shift on a rotational basis
• Cooperating with the Maintenance Shift Leader to maintain reliable and updated data for maintenance tasks
• Ensuring the company operates as effectively as possible to maintain high efficiency
• Ensuring full compliance with local rules and regulations, especially regarding Health & Safety
• Promoting the application of environmental and Health & Safety standards and culture

Requirements

• High school certificate is required
• Proficiency in English and Italian is required
• Previous experience in aircraft maintenance and the related maintenance schedule is required
• Must possess a legal work permit in Italy
• Must be willing to work shifts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AirNav and Toolbox
