MCC Supervisor - Permanent

Excel are currently seeking an experience MCC professional to join a well respected customer based in Paris on a permanent basis to support ongoing business jet maintenance operations.

Working as part of a team of 6 maintenance controllers, you will be a key member of the team overseeing the maintenance planning and operational organisation to ensure that the maintenance needs of various business jet aircraft are met in line with the customers requirements.

This will be a full time permanent employment opportunity based on a working roster that will never be more than 5 days on (35 hours per week), with regular periods of between 2 and 5 days off. It will also include morning, late and night shift as well as weekend work to ensure that facility always has an MCC presence.

In return you will receive an annual salary of up to €60k per year plus additional payments for late, night and weekend shifts/overtime. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years within a maintenance environment - either directly involved in maintenance control, or with an engineering background.  You must have previous experience of managing the provision of manpower within a line maintenance operation, and be willing to relocate (if not already based in the Paris area).
