GSE Mechanic /HGV Mechanic
Red Sky PersonnelRed Sky are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanic to join a growing team at Heathrow Airport. Working as a mechanic, you will be responsible for the servicing of all ground equipment airside. You must ensure all GSE (Ground Service Equipment) is maintained to a high level.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Servicing, maintenance, and repair of GSE Equipment
- Complete all paperwork to a high standard.
- Providing a best-in-class customer experience for our business customers
- Comply with H+S Legislation
- Liaise with internal customers.
- Assist in carrying out all vehicle mechanical and electrical PPM (Planned and
- Preventative Maintenance) in line with set schedules
- HGV Mechanical experience ideal
Package
- Hours- 4 on 4 off 12hr day or night shifts
- Also 2 days/ 2 days available
- Pay- £48,500 - £50,625pa (depending on shifts)
- Enhanced overtime rates- X1.5
About you
- GSE experience (desirable)
- GSE or HGV mechanical knowledge
- 5 year checkable history in order to get an airside pass
- Able to pass a basic criminal record check.
