We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Melt Pour Supervisor to oversee our melt pour operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily melt pour operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of melt pour processes and related equipment.
