MRO Quality Engineer

Our team is looking for a MRO Quality Engineer to join them. You will report to the MRO Quality Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL. 

To be considered for the MRO Quality Engineer opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: 

• 3+ years of Quality experience in an MRO environment.

• Knowledgeable of the regulatory environment, Ontic MRO, Inc. operates in i.e., CFR 145, AS9110, DFARS, as well as customer and other government requirements.

• Ability to navigate through RCCAs

• Excellent communication skills (expressing; listening), including complex presentations

• Ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers

• Ability to negotiate, use diplomacy, managing conflict, teaching/consult in quality management and related fields

As a MRO Quality Engineer, you will: 

• Support, establish, and deploy Quality Management Systems processes, manuals, procedures, and all other guidance materials.

• Participate and/or lead in internal and external quality audits.

• Provide mentorship across all disciplines to ensure that the company maintains a culture of quality and a state of readiness for customer compliance, internal and external audits, and satisfaction of regulatory agency requirements and effective to meet the business needs.

• Collaborates on revisions and improvement of policies and procedures

• Support Material Review Board quality analysis.

• Support AS9110 Management Review process

• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout Ontic MRO, Inc. and resolve matters pertaining to quality including corrective action plans for product quality.

• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: 

• $76,000 - $86,000 per year, based on experience
