Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their airline-related inquiries, including flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all inquiries in the system.
• Work closely with airline partners to ensure smooth service delivery and address customer needs.
• Stay updated on airline policies, industry trends, and travel regulations to provide informed assistance.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience, particularly within the airline or travel sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric service.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complaints effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software and databases to record interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
