As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their inquiries regarding flights, reservations, and travel information. You will ensure that customers receive top-notch service and that their travel experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

• Fluency in any Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel sector
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Open to relocating to Athens, Greece
• Familiarity with computer applications and customer service software
