We are pleased to announce a new entry-level vacancy for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Airline Reservations Department in Greece with free relocation!

As part of a dedicated team, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for travelers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat support.
• Assist customers with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Guide customers through the booking process, providing accurate information on routes, fares, and travel policies.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions efficiently in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to tackle complex customer issues and improve service quality.
• Stay updated on airline products, services, and industry trends to provide informed customer support.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish) and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure while multitasking.
• Familiarity with customer service software and booking systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
