Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

If you are fluent in one or more Nordic languages and have a passion for travel and customer service, this role is perfect for you. You will assist customers with their reservations, inquiries, and issues, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience every step of the way. Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about airline policies and procedures.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Icelandic) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
