Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Airline Reservations Department. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and customer service who wish to join a dynamic team in support of a leading airline.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations and ticketing.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, changes to itineraries, and general travel information.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, promotions, and services to inform customers effectively.
• Process reservations, ticketing, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments to address complex customer requests and enhance service delivery.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support ongoing service improvements.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with airline reservations systems and procedures is advantageous.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
