Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for the Oklahoma Aerospace Institute for Research and Education (OAIRE), supporting daily operational logistics, coordinating with the Shared Services Team at The Innovation Foundation, and handling surface-level IT troubleshooting. This role demands a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams. The successful candidate will be capable of multitasking, meeting tight deadlines, and providing proactive support across functions.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED and six years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, operations support, or a similar administrative role. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience (1 year of education: 1 year of experience).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to support tasks and follow established processes.
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills, with the ability to escalate more complex issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS, social media platforms, and marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

Three (3) or more years of experience in logistics, operations management, or marketing coordination, with demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams.
