About the job:

Increase the customer awareness and knowledge for the flight reservation. Ensure that the reservation, cancellation, refund and reissue under the right track process. Leads to the highest customer satisfaction and provides flight reservation for the customer without any hassle for the customer

Responsibilities:

• As an Online Flights Travel Consultant at Almosafer, will be responsible for delivering exceptional after sale service to customers post their flight bookings and travel-related assistance.

• Recommend suitable flight options, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless online booking experience. This role requires excellent communication skills.

• Strong customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.

• Address concerns regarding online transactions, technical issues, or travel requirements.

• Provide accurate and detailed information about flight schedules, ticket options, and airline regulations.

• Assist customers in booking flights, and making changes, or cancellations through online platforms.

• Resolve booking-related challenges, including payment issues or itinerary adjustments.

• Suggest relevant travel services such as additional baggage, seat selection, and priority boarding.

• Offer valuable travel advice and suggestions tailored to customer preferences.

Profile requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (any field) 

• Experience in tourism/customer service field is ( Must )  

• GDS experience (Amadeus/Galileo) is preferred 

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills 

• Ability to establish work priorities and work without supervision 

• Strong communication skills, in both English & Arabic written & verbal.
