Officer/Supervisor, Corporate Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Plans and execute the HKA HKCAD 360, Internal and Consolidated Port Audit Programme.
• Maintains and controls the Corporate Quality Manual to ensure they are in conformance with the above requirements.
• Provide management briefs on status and statistics for above audit programme.
• Ensure all audit findings and non compliance are resolved in a timely manner
• Liaises with Departmental QA representatives on QA matters related to the above audit programmes.
• Liaises with external parties; CAD, IATA and ICAO on any new developments in aviation QA matters.
• Creates, maintains, and controls Corporate QA documentation and notices in relation to the above audit programmes.

Requirement:

• At least 2 years experience working in Aviation Quality Assurance.
• Superior knowledge and experience in Safety Management System, Quality Management System or Occupational Health and Safety
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint)
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skill
