Position Overview:
As an Operations Planner at Dayton-Granger, Inc., you will be at the center of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules align with demand, capacity, and material availability to drive efficiency and on-time delivery. In this role, you will develop and manage production schedules for over 1,000 discrete part numbers with multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs), working cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality teams to optimize workflows and resolve bottlenecks. You will leverage Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) methodologies and ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, Infor) to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and overall production performance.
